The LSU AgCenter is holding a free food safety course on July 20, 2017 for those who cook for groups of people. The course is open to the first 40 people who pre-register by July 13, 2017. The course will be taught by LSU AgCenter Assistant Professor/Extension Specialist, Dr. Wenqing (Wennie) Xu. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion that is good for 3 years.
