Arkansas Proposes Crackdown on Junk Food

A new bill being filed in Arkansas will make it harder for food stamp users to buy junk food. 

Representative Mary Bentley wants a waiver from the S.N.A.P. program to prohibit chips, soda, and candy bars.

An Arkansas retail association has said they will fight the proposal.
