 The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory predicting another two or more inches of wintry precipitation overnight Tuesday and into Wednesday. The following schools or organizations will be closed Wednesday, February 25.

  • Lincoln Parish
  • Caldwell Parish
  • Jackson Parish
  • Ouachita Parish
  • Union Parish
  • Franklin Parish
  • West Carroll Parish
  • East Carroll Parish
  • Morehouse Parish
  • Claiborne Parish
  • Monroe City Schools
  • St. Frederick High School
  • Our Lady of Fatima
  • Jesus the Good Shepherd
  • Ouachita Christian School
  • River Oaks School
  • Riverfield Academy
  • D'Arbonne Woods Charter School
  • Downsville Charter School
  • Cedar Creek School
  • Claiborne Christian School

The Northeast Louisiana Manufacturer's Council scheduled for 4 p.m. today has postponed.
The Monroe City Council meeting has been rescheduled for Friday at 12 noon.

Monroe Regional Airport resumes flights this afternoon.
