Two people were shot in Monroe Yesterday afternoon.
One at the Louis Lock housing community and the other at the Parkview Apartments. The victim shot at the Parkview Apartments has been announced dead and the condition of the second victim is unknown at this time.
Police have said that the shooter knew both victims and is currently in custody. The identities of both the victims and the shooter has not been released at this time. Further information will be posted when released.
