https://www.facebook.com/events/617292041793398/
The Wesley Foundation at ULM is a campus ministry of the United Methodist Church.

Saturday, April 8th, the University of Louisiana Monroe's Wesley Foundation is holding its fifth annual Golf Tournament fundraiser at Black Bear Golf Course in Delhi. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m. and the tournament will begin at 1 p.m.

The Golf Tournament will include competitions for longest drive and closest to the pin along with prizes for first and second place teams. There will also have mulligans for sale as part of 'mulligans for missions'. The money earned from this mulligans will go directly to support student mission trips.

The money earned from this fundraiser will go to support the Wesley Foundation's mission for students to come, grow, and serve.

  • Come: Be welcomed and get connected at the Wesley Foundation
  • Grow: Through bible study and fellowship.
  • Serve: The campus , community, and world.

Some of the ways that the Wesley Foundation fulfills its mission is by providing a welcoming atmosphere to new students, giving students opportunity to grow in their faith through Journey on Tuesday nights, leadership opportunities, and bible studies, and serving others through missions trips. Last summer the Wesley Foundation took 13 students to Nepal for a month to serve in the villages and build a hostel for students. This summer they have missions trips planned for Alaska, Shreveport, and New Orleans working with existing ministries in each place.
