Monroe Symphony's Season Ends With The Spectacular

my.mso.org
Tchaikovsky's melodies are part of the late Romantic period.

Saturday April 29th, the Monroe Symphony Orchestra will be holding its last concert of this year's season. The Tchaikovsky Spectacular will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Monroe Civic Center.

The Tchaikovsky Spectacular will include three works by Tchaikovsky, Romeo and Juliet, March Slav, and his famous piece Piano Concerto No.1 performed by guest musician Gleb Ivanov. Tchaikovsky is well known for his melodies, and his pieces are found in many movie soundtracks.

The orchestra's season is winding down, but its not too early to buy season passes for next year's season. More information on the Monroe Symphony League can be found here.
