As flood waters recede, many roads are re-opening. Officials ask for caution when driving on roads that have been flooded, since flood waters have damaged the structure and safety of many roads in the area.
The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office has released the following closures:

- Bayou Shores Drive at the dam
- Rowland Road
- Aspen Drive
- McGowan Road
- Stubbs Vinson Road
- Buckhorn Bend Loop
West Monroe:
- Hemphill Road
- La. Highway 34 near the mill
- Elkins Road
- Philpot Road
- Lenwil Road
- La. 3033
- New Natchitoches, water in several areas (and road damage)
- Cheeks Road
