Vidalia Man Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Distribution

A Vidalia man pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine Tuesday.

Demond Fleming, 40, of Vidalia, La pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. According to the the guilty plea, officers noticed Fleming parked in the middle of Concordia Park Drive in Vidalia. Agents searched his car and found 82.18 grams of cocaine, two hydrocodone pills and $4,751. They also discovered that he was on supervised release for a previous drug conviction.

Fleming Faces 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a $1 million fine.
