Jarzabek is described as a white male, 5-6” tall and weighing 220 lbs.  Shepherd is described as a white female, 5-2” tall and weighing 130 lbs.  The suspects may be traveling in an older model Toyota Avalon, green in color.  Both are charged with Felony Theft and Illegal Possession of Stolen Things.
