Don Plunk Jr. the Chairman for the Cheniere Lake Advisory Board says, “It’s a plan that would pay for itself, a timber company has signed to cut many of the trees which would prevent leaves from piling up in the water and damaging the lake’s ecosystem.” The trees that are cut would be sold and the money would be used to pay the timber company.
