Big Promise For Small Town in Strauss' "Hospitality"

Michelle Tripp

Four sisters go to extraordinary means to try to save their small town.  The Futrelle sisters make a big promise in Southern Hospitality.

Performances of the Strauss Theatre Center production begin February 20th.  "The sisters are in a mess, they're in trouble again," says cast member Jean Hartzog.  "The story follows the women doing what they can to save their town in this quest."  Hartzog is cast in the role of Mrs. Davidson, who is approached by the sisters near the end of the first act.

The play is the last in a trilogy from Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten.
