Moonlight will feature the Northeast Louisiana Clarinet Choir and photography exhibit by local high school students.
Biedenharn Museum and Gardens presents, "Moonlight in the Gardens" on Friday. The NELA Clarinet Choir performs in an hour long concert. Art students from Sterlington High School place photography in an exhibit to be viewed as visitors stroll through the garden.
Museum Executive Director Ralph Calhoun says evening hours bring a whole new viewing experience for guests. "Going through the garden at night is also looking at plants in a different way. They shine differently in moonlight than they do in day time."
Guests can enjoy coke floats to cap off their evening at Biedenharn. Gates open at 6 p.m., concert at 7 p.m., Moonlight concludes at 9 p.m.
