The fabulous style of Suzanne Perron's couture gowns is paired with the elegance of Twin City Ballet in a special program, "Ballgowns, Ballet & Bubbly" on Saturday.
TCB Associate Artistic Director Gretchen Jones says the evening begins with the modeling runway at 6 p.m. "Several former company dancers and arts community members will showcase Suzanne's wonderful gowns," she said.
Guests can enjoy champagne and hors d'oeuvres during the fashion portion of the event.
The evening continues outside on the grounds of Bayou DeSiard Country Club, as the ballet company performs "Flowers". "It is an original ballet. It was choreographed and costumed locally," says Jones.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Twin City Ballet Company in upcoming holiday performances.
