EVENT CANCELLED: Policy and a Pint: A Season of Serving

DUE TO THREAT OF SEVERE WEATHER,  KEDM's POLICY AND A PINT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. 

The holidays bring a sense of community like no other time of the year. KEDM is gearing up for the holidays with Policy and a Pint: A Season of Serving on November 17 at 5:30 p.m.

The event features expert discussion of some of the the area's key issues and opportunities to serve throughout the community, giving the most important gift of all. Listen closely as panelists discuss issues like homelessness, elderly, and food needs during the holiday season.

Bring your questions to Willie's Duck Diner in West Monroe, and be a part of the conversation!

The event is free, and starts with a meet and greet with the panel at 5 p.m. We'll start the discussion at 5:30. Willie's Duck Diner provides some hors d'ouerves, and would love for you to stay for dinner.

Jay Curtis is a dynamic community leader who works to tell the unique stories of northeast Louisiana through news and music. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film Production from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and worked in video, feature film and television production for over 10 years before joining KEDM full time.
