Art faculty, alumni and students of the University of Louisiana at Monroe present an annual art sale next week.
Sheila Floyd, a graduate of the ULM Art program, says the annual event brings a showcase of unique, original work. "There are paintings, sculpture, prints, and pottery from a number of current and retired staff, as well as alumni and students," she said.
The sale draws a number of ULM graduates that have begun their own business, or have continued to create art since their time at the university. Floyd says some graduates enjoy discussions with current students about advancing their work and participating in exhibitions.
The sale runs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Bry Gallery on the ULM campus.
