Christmas at the Biedenharn Sure to Delight

More than fifteen Christmas trees, hundreds of feet of garland, and thousands of lights make the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens a special place to visit during the holidays.

The home is decorated annually by the Monroe Garden Study League, donating hundreds of hours to create "Christmas at ELsong." Traditional decorations this year focus on Christmas trees and reindeer. In the garden, horticulturalist Frances Davidson and staff have hung lights throughout the gardens, which feature a new outdoor lighting system.

Live performances Thursday, December 11 through Saturday, December 12 include handbells, vocal solos and a quartet, piano, and even a clarinet choir.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at the Coke Museum, ready for photos and Christmas present requests alongside the Model-T delivery truck.

Admission to the house is $5 during the nights of Christmas Evening at the Biedenharn; however, admission is free to the Coke Museum.

More information about Christmas at the Biedenharn is available at the Biedenharn Museum & Garden website.
