Comedians Nick Cannon, John Mulaney, and Damon Wayans Jr. perform at Fant-Ewing Coliseum in April

April showers bring May flowers, and this year a month full of comedians performing at Fant-Ewing Coliseum at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Nick Cannon brings his MTV show on April 8. John Mulaney and Damon Wayans Jr. perform on April 21.

"We haven't had a big comedian here [at ULM] in five years, so we decided to go that route. and Nick Cannon just happened to want to do a college tour. So, it all just kind of fell together," says Director of Student Life and Leadership Laura Jennings.

Nick Cannon will record his performance for an upcoming two hour college tour special to air on his MTV show. John Mulaney also has his own television show, but has also written for shows such as Saturday Night Live and Comedy Central's The Kroll Show. Damon Wayans Jr., in addition to his recent role on the show "New Girl," is a member of the Wayans family of performers who pioneered the show In Living Color
