We're making improvements to how you stream KEDM and KEDM Ideas! These updates will ensure that you'll continue to be able to get KEDM streams from our mobile website.
Apple is making changes to support IPv6 networking. Ipv6 is a more modern form of network access that will allow the Internet to scale for decades to come.
KEDM is in the process of updating our streams from a hardcoded IP-based URL:
http://198.202.242.238/KEDM
http://198-202-242-238/IDEAS
to a DNS-based URL:
http://stream.kedm.org/listen
http://stream.kedm.org/listen2
When we update our systems with the new URL's, all systems accessing the stream URL (such as listening from NPR.org) will be updated within an hour of the change.
