If you have plans on traveling through Atlanta out of Monroe Regional Airport then you might have problems the next few days.
"Due to the weather, all the flights are cancelled throughout today," said Airport Director Ron Phillips. Flights to Atlanta are cancelled until further notice. It all depends on how fast Irma moves through Georgia.
Irma, now a Tropical Storm, is expected to bring a lot of rain and windy conditions to the Atlanta area today and overnight tonight.
Tomorrow's flights are expected to be on time but could be subject to change. Passengers check with your airline for more information.
