The Monroe Symphony Orchestra (MSO) is hosting their fundraiser, Feet 'n the Street, on Saturday, September 21st at West Monroe's newest venue, Alley Park on Natchitoches Street in Antique Alley. The fundraiser will be from 3:30-6:30 p.m. and feature local bands, food trucks, wine, beer, and soda to raise money for MSO's public events throughout the year.
The MSO is a local orchestra that enriches Ouachita Parish with a countless number of concerts and events provided by the group throughout the year. MSO seeks to entertain and bring the community together through their love of music and is looking for your help to continue that tradition.
Feet 'n the Street will be a fun-filled evening with a number of interesting activities. There will be two local bands, Lisa Spann and Company and the Mike McKenzie Band, that will be performing for the event that night. Local food vendors will also be on-site in case you get hungry or thirsty while enjoying the music.
Admission to the event will be $30 a person with children 15 and under being admitted free. Tickets will be sold at the door or you can buy them early online. At the event, you will also have a chance to win a raffle with prizes like Big Green Egg and Two-Man Deer Stand courtesy of Home Hardware Center and T.P Outdoors. It will be $10 for one entry and $25 for three.
