Adrienne LaFrance-Wells, manager of downtown West Monroe, says, "There is several finishing touches that we neeed to do to complete the space [Alley Park] including shade structures. That is what a big part of this money will go toward."
To continue to improve and revitalize downtown West Monroe, guests are encouraged to put on their favorite boots and dance the night away.
