The University of Louisiana Monroe College of Pharmacy will be holding the fourth-annual Poor Man’s Run on April 24th starting at 8:00 AM. The 1 Mile Fun-Run and a 5k race raise money for the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, a non-profit pharmacy that serves those who cannot afford their medicine.
Poor Man's Run ticket options start at $15 to run and include an SVDP Poor Man’s Run T-shirt. There will also be all-inclusive packages with all-you-can-eat jambalaya for $5 more. There will be special awards after the race. Registration information can be found at this link.
