West Monroe cuts ribbon on expanded Recycling Center

Tuesday, March 18 the City of West Monroe Hosted a ribbon cutting for the expansion of the West Monroe Recycling Center.

The ribbon cutting coincided with “Global Recycling Day,” a day dedicated to promoting the importance of recycling and its benefits to the environment.

The center is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A mobile recycling trailer is located in the parking lot of West Monroe City Hall on Mondays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and in downtown West Monroe on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
