The Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo will be offering summer camps June 3rd- August 2nd for children ages 5-13.
Camps will feature daily animal encounters and walks through the zoo, arts and crafts, boat and train rides, and a break from the heat in the ZOOasis splash pad. A varaity of camps are offered tailored to the interest of each child from Biodiversity to MythBusters.
Excluding the week of July 4th, summer camps will take place June 3rd - August 2nd . Each camp will be from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. A cost of $150 for a week of camp is offered to zoological society members and $200 for non-members.
