All American National Junior Show to be held at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center June 23-30

West Monroe, LA – The All American National Junior Show hosted by the American Junior Brahman Association (AJBA) will be held June 23-30 at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center. This event will have an estimated economic impact of over $777,833 for Ouachita Parish.

The event consists of leadership contests, showmanship competition, and cattle exhibition where youth can exhibit both bulls and females in their respective divisions. More than $50,000 in awards and scholarships are presented at the All American Junior Show.

The AJBA is designed for youth up to 21 years of age, who have a passion for Brahman cattle and the ranching industry. Established in 1980, AJBA currently has more than 1,600 members from across the United States. Junior members involved in AJBA gain valuable leadership skills and knowledge of the Brahman breed.

“We are excited to welcome over 400 families to West Monroe for the National Junior Brahman Show. The Ike Hamilton Expo provides a terrific host venue for the cattle show, and we look forward to sharing all the great things to do and see in Ouachita Parish. This is another example of how agriculture tourism is making a positive impact on northeast Louisiana,” said Scott Bruscato, Discover Monroe-West Monroe Executive Vice President of Sales.
