(Ouachita Parish) – The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a shooting on Deloach and Miller Street in South Monroe. This is an active investigation with multiple shooters and victims involved. OPSO Investigators are on the scene and will have more details to follow.
