Chamber to host Louisiana economic outlook for 2025 breakfast featuring Dr. Patrick Scott

Dr. Patrick Scott, the director of the Center for Economic Research at Louisiana Tech University, will present an analysis of the economic landscape for Louisiana in 2025. His expertise in macroeconomics, monetary theory, and economic forecasting will provide attendees advice looking into the factors shaping economic trends in the coming year.

His research focuses on monetary policy models, Bayesian econometrics, multiple time series analysis, and economic forecasting. He has published in leading academic journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and Journal of Macroeconomics.

This event is an opportunity for local businesses, policymakers, and community leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the economic factors influencing the region and beyond.
