Bomb threats have closed all Morehouse Parish Schools on Monday. Threats have been made against multiple schools in the parish. Louisiana State Police is working to find the origin of the threats.

Morehouse Parish Schools Superintendent, Jessie Winston Jr described the threats as districtwide and asked students and employees not to visit the schools until they receive notice.

Multiple bomb threats were made at the end of January. A 17-year-old Beekman Charter School student was arrested in connection to the January threats.
