(Ouachita Parish) - In April of 2023, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office began an investigation of a sex crime of alleged sexual abuse committed on a juvenile victim by suspect Jamie Jemerson. As part of the investigation, search warrants were conducted and DNA evidence was obtained. As a result of the investigation, on February 13, 2025, Jemerson was arrested and charged with aggravated crime against nature and oral sexual battery.
