The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana's 9th Annual Empty Bowls Event will be held on Saturday, March 8th, 2025, at the Monroe Civic Center. This event includes food tasting, live music and painting, a silent auction, fun activities for kids. The occasion will also strengthen the support of the Food Bank in their fight against hunger, as all proceeds of this event benefit the Food Bank's hunger relief efforts in Northeast Louisiana.
Some of the food vendors for this event include Delta Biscuit Company, CC's Coffee House, Texas Roadhouse, and Baskin Robbins. Guests also have an option to take home a custom souvenir bowl. Various artists painted a beautiful variety of bowls for the guests to choose from with the purchase of an all-inclusive ticket.
Most of the ticket options are already sold out, however there still are some all-inclusive tickets remaining. These tickets are $45, and you get to take home a radiant and elegant custom bowl. This purchase also includes access to all other activities taking place along with food and beverages. Donations can also be made in the amount of $25, $50, or $100.
By attending this event, you'll be supporting the fight against hunger in our community, as $10 helps the Food Bank provide about 40 meals to those in need!
