(Monroe, LA) - The City of Monroe announces its Summer Job Program, offering students the chance to earn money and gain valuable job experience. This six-week program will hire students to work at six of our community centers and two pools located at Henrietta Johnson and Marbles Community Center.
Program Details:
- Mandatory Orientation: May 30, 2025, at 8:00 AM
- Work Period: June 2, 2025 - July 11, 2025
- Work Hours: 16 hours per week
- Age Requirement: 16-23 years old
- Working with children ages 5-12
Lifeguard Job Positions:
- Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older
- Extended Pool Division Work Period: June 2, 2025 - August 1, 2025
- Mandatory Orientation: May 30, 2025, at 8:00 AM
- Certification Required
