Severe Weather Likely Today/Tonight and Saturday across much of the Four State Region
While there is an isolated hail threat this morning across areas near and northwest of the I-30 Corridor, the severe weather threat will really ramp up this afternoon through this evening across Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, Northeast Texas and extreme Northwest Louisiana. In addition, locally heavy rainfall will accompany these storms through tonight with a widespread flooding threat mainly north of the I-20 Corridor. These threats will continue into Saturday as well with widespread severe weather once again likely across most of the Four State Region. The NWS in Shreveport will conduct a Special Webinar Today at 1030am to give more information on the threats of severe weather today through Saturday.
