On Friday, April 11, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., the University of Louisiana Monroe will host the State of the University Address in Brown Auditorium, located at 4001 Desiard St. in Monroe. Acting President Dr. Nick Bruno will present an overview of the current state of the university, including insights into the budget.
The address will provide information on the university's progress and financial standing, offering an opportunity for the university community to ask questions. ULM projects a 4 to 6 million budget shortfall in 24-25 budget and 12 to 13 million budget shortfall in 25-26 budget.
