Louisiana and Texas continue to be pounded by severe flooding rains and tornadoes.
An additional 10-15 inches of rain will fall today in Texas and Louisiana. Currently, T.S. Harvey has backed out of Texas and is strengthening in the Gulf of Mexico.
The projected path of the storm has Harvey making a 3rd landfall near Lake Charles and the following a line to Alexandria. The center of the storm will continue to the north over Monroe on Thursday.
North Louisiana is expected to receive 5-8 inches of rain from the storm. Modeling shows the storm may stick around until the weekend.
