Congressman Ralph Abraham

Congressman Ralph Abraham says a new flood bill damage the economy of Louisiana.

"The average customer will see an 8% increase, in real money that will be an additional $80 to $100," said Abraham.

Abraham believes that later today the Republican Tax Reform bill will pass. He says the new proposal will give middle class Americans a tax cut. Many Democrats in opposition say the  bill will give the wealthy and business a tax break and decrease the amount of money available for social programs.
