Deadliest Serial Killer Has Possible Tie To Monroe

The FBI considers a 79-year-old California inmate to be the deadliest serial killer in U.S. history. For decades Samuel Little preyed on prostitutes, drug addicts and other women on the margins. The California inmate claimed to have killed 93 people in 19 states. Law enforcement authorities have verified 50 of his confessions so far and are scrambling to link dozens more cold cases to his recollections.
