The investigation of a recent homicide in Tanglewood Subdivision by Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Investigators has led to the arrest of Chauncey L. Bluford of Monroe.
Bluford has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder in connection with the shooting death of Edgar Lewis on December 7, 2019. Bluford is currently being held in OCC on the charge.
