Arrests Made In Miletello/Lolley Killings

Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Investigators advise that they have arrest two subjects for the homicides of Ronald “Anthony” Milletello and his mother Marsha Lolley.

Toby Jackson, age 20 and Candance Beau Cooper, age 30 of Monroe have been booked in the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center for 2 counts of Second Degree Murder Each.

The investigation reveals the illegal sale of narcotics/weapons was a factor in this case.

Sheriff Russell commends the numerous Investigators that worked tirelessly to bring this case to closure in a timely manner.
