The University of Louisiana Monroe Alumni Association and the 31 Ambassadors will host the 6th Annual Hawktoberfest on Thursday, October 24, at 6 p.m. The event will be held at the Laird Weems Center on the campus of ULM.
Hawktoberfest is an outdoor fall festival dedicated to the enjoyment of beer, food, and community on the bayou.
Beer tasting will be available, and all guests will receive a commemorative Hawktoberfest beer stein to use while sampling various craft brews provided by event vendors. Hydration stations will also be available, and there is no additional charge for beer samples. This portion of the event is exclusively for patrons aged 21 and older; all guests will be asked to present valid identification at the door. Please drink responsibly.
Guests under 21 or those who do not plan to drink may purchase a ticket for $5 to enjoy a mocktail bar, German-inspired foods, games, and live music.
All proceeds from Hawktoberfest will benefit the 31 Ambassadors. The 31 Ambassadors at ULM serve as the official hosts for alumni-related activities while sponsoring events to increase student awareness of ULM and the Alumni Association.
