The fall Brown Bag Concert Series will take place every Wednesday in October for the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council’s noontime outdoor Brown Bag Concerts Series. The venue for the series will be the Palace Park at 220 DeSiard Street (beside the old Palace Dept. Store location). Public parking will be located at 4th and DeSiard Street. In case of rain, the concerts will be moved indoors to the old Palace Department store, next door to the park.
