Krewe de Riviere Parade will roll through Monroe and West Monroe this weekend , bringing an event to celebrate Mardi Gras for 2023.

Krewe's from the area announced plans for the carnival season

The City of West Monroe has announced the following street closures for the Krewe de Riviere Mardi Gras Parade to be held on Saturday, February 12.

The Greatest Sheaux, the Krewe de Riviere is coming to the Twin Cities with 18 floats and 40 units, including a fire-breather.

The Krewe of Janus, Krewe de Riviere, and Krewe of PAWS will join Discover Monroe-West Monroe, City of Monroe,and City of West Monroe to announce details for the 2022 Carnival Season in anticipation of the upcoming Mardi Gras parades and activities.
