The parade is set to roll at 5 p.m. from West Monroe High School. The parade will travel south on N.7th Street to Mill Street, where it will turn left. It will then travel on Mill Street over the Lea Joyner Bridge into Monroe.

The public is invited to a Kiroli Park and Christmas at Kiroli Holiday Kick-Off Celebration on Monday, Nov. 20. Activities begin at 3 p.m., and there will be free admission to Kiroli Park on this one day, beginning at 3 p.m.

Doughty issued an injunction blocking multiple government agencies and administration officials from meeting with social media companies for the purpose of encouraging the "removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”
