The Houston Christian Huskies defeated the UL Monroe Warhawks 74-68 led by Julian Mackey's 32 points. The Huskies improved to 4-7 with the win and the Warhawks fell to 4-9. Jalen Bolden finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds and four steals for UL Monroe.

The students were able to use a combination of quantitative and qualitative data collected over the years to share trends in the perceptions of city services.

Dr. John Pratte, Dean of CAES, established the $25,000 endowment with other members of the Pratte family to honor their father and his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II. It joins a previous endowed scholarship, the Helen and Mimi Pratte Memorial Scholarship, that honors their mother and sister by making awards to non-traditional female students who are pursuing degrees in CAES.

UAPB plays the UL Monroe Warhawks after Quentin Bolton Jr. scored 22 points in the Golden Lions' 84-78 win against the Central Arkansas Bears. Wednesday's matchup is the first of the season for the two teams. UL Monroe is 2-3 at home, and UAPB is 0-8 on the road.

The annual titleholders competitions were held on November 22 and 23, 2024. Lake Carpenter, 20, a pre-pharmacy senior from Start, La., was crowned Miss ULM 2025, and Vincent Winston II, 19, a political science sophomore from Bastrop, La., was crowned Mister ULM 2025.

The University of Louisiana Monroe will hold two commencement ceremonies on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Both ceremonies will be held in Fant-Ewing Coliseum.

The program will include traditional Christmas music, as well as exciting pieces from cultures and holidays all around the world.

ULM ended the season on a six-game losing streak and finished just short of bowl eligibility. The 2024 season was the highest win total for a ULM team since 2019 and Bryant Vincent earned the most wins of a ULM first-year head coach since Todd Berry's 2010 season.

UL Monroe enters a matchup against UT Arlington as losers of three straight home games. Monday's meeting is the first this season for the two squads. UL Monroe is 2-2 at home, and UT Arlington is 0-2 on the road.

The Warhawks went 4-24 on the 2024 season.
