LOUISIANA BUDGET SHORTFALLS -  The Louisiana House Appropriations Committee is taking a look back at last year's budget shortfall  and is pairing it with a future forecast for 2017.  The news isn't good as explained by Jay Dardenne,  Commissioner of Administration during a committee meeting yesterday.LOUISIANA BUDGET SHORTFALLS - The news isn't good as Louisiana's House Appropriations Committee met recently to see how much money must be found to fill the budget hole from FY 2016 and 2017.
