Kenneth Leroy Bouwell, 46, was last seen about two weeks ago. He is a 6’-1” tall white male with greyish dark hair and weighs 170 lbs. Bouwell has no permanent address and is said to come by the River Bend School area and Bawcomville area. He has a tattoo on his abdomen which reads “Expect No Mercy” and no description of his clothes is given.
