Standing For Those Who Fell

Sep 8, 2017

This Monday, September 11th, marks the sixteenth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks of the Twin Towers. The Chennault Aviation and Military Museum and the organization Our H.O.M.E. are coming together to help honor the remembrance of this day.

Monday, September 11th, at 5:30 p.m., the community is invited to come out to the Chennault Museum to stand for those who were affected by the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Participants will line up and use their bodies to spell out a message of hope. The picture will be taken aerially and shared on social media to show Northeast Louisiana's support to the country as a whole.

Texas Roadhouse will be onsite selling peanut bags with the proceeds to benefit both Our H.O.M.E. and Chennault. More information on the Chennault Aviation Museum can be found here. More information on Our H.O.M.E. can be found here.
